Local CLI — free

The product you can run today is the local CLI. Clone the repository and evaluate fixtures on your machine. There is no account, no usage meter, and no charge. Hosted evaluation is disabled.

Hosted history — proposed, not live

PRODUCT.md hypothesizes a paid hosted-history / team CI policy offer. That surface stays fail-closed (501 HOSTED_EVALUATION_DISABLED) until authentication, isolation, retention, deletion tests, and owner-approved Stripe keys exist. Billing keys are unset in this build, so checkout never charges.

Plan free grants no hosted capability.
Plan hosted would grant hosted_evaluate, hosted_history, and team_ci_policy after a verified webhook — never from a client redirect.
